tests for oai were removed due to testing only the serializer, while they should we testing /oai2d endpoint.
In order to bypass the manifest building issues, in the conftest you could try to set WEBPACKEXT_PROJECT and WEBPACKEXT_MANIFEST_LOADER config vars to None (or to mock them), which should supress the error of unbuilt manifest.
