landing page: search link for contributors is wrong

Describe the bug

The link text for contributors on the landing page goes to /search?q=metadata.creators.person_or_org.name, when it should search the contributors field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a record with contributors
2. Click on a contributor name
3. You'll get no results, unless that person is also listed as a creator.

Expected behavior

The link should ideally be metadata.contributors.person_or_org.name:"family,given"+metadata.contributors.role.id:"role" to search by both the contributor and their role.

I can confirm this is still an issue in v12rc2. I didn't change the status in case you're doing other testing.
