I recently had several issues with different Zigbee sensors being not recognized, or recognized partially. After reading multiple posts and trying different versions of adapter, it seems that the most stable version of adapter is 1.8.22. not the latest 1.8.23 and not the one that is in GitHub. With this version my system recognizes ALL Zigbee sensors.
