Cookie methods missing from Ionic Native's HTTP plugin wrapper

Current behavior:
The underlying implementation of the HTTP plugin exposes cookie retrieval and setting methods, which are missing from the Ionic Native wrapper.

Expected behavior:
getCookieString and setCookie methods are exposed through the Ionic Native wrapper
