would be nice to use F# Interactive 4.7 now

If you set 'fsharp.UseSdkScripts' then opening FSI will launch dotnet FSI. We didn't want to break compat with current users, and will likely switch to that as the default in a release or two (subject to deprecation warnings, etc)
