How to add ion-sdk-swift to a project?

Tried this, in a CocoaPods-enabled project:

File > Swift Packages > Add package dependency...
Choose Project: checked the app project, unchecked the Pods project
Choose Package Repository: https://github.com/pion/ion-sdk-swift

End result when building, without trying to integrate it further:

No such module 'WebRTC'
