Description

We should add a test which verifies that limited API calls do not show up in the features list

Motivation

We want to be certain features dont show when we dont support them

Issues / Scenarios

A node adds wereAddressesSpentFrom to remoteLimitApi
Features array should not contain wereAddressesSpentFrom

How to test for this
