@serul You didn't move your IOTA out of this address in these days, right? For your address, I can found it in the snapshot: I think you will need to do the reclaim step 1 and 2 to get back your IOTA. And as snapshot reveal, your IOTA is still inside in the address ( As a note, please remember NOT TO REUSED the address after it is spend. |

OK, im currently in Proof transaction is pending phase "Please wait for the confirmation of the proof transaction and make use of the reattach button if it is pending for too long. A proof is only accepted once it's confirmed." fow long should it take? |

Keep getting :"Invalid Response" so its taking forever to do absolutletly nothing. |

I typically just get the error that the seed needs to be 81ish digits long. Can't seem to get past that to get the other errors. |

I had to reboot my pc, so not sure what i do now. Will the transaction happen eventually. I had a transaction hash code, how do i use that. I guess like EVERYBODY else we were told, remove it from the exchange in to the wallet, because its safer!. Well as it turns out its not, ive spent weeks trying to get this wallet to work. The least the developers can do is make simple to get the iotas back. |

I can't reclaim mine at the moment. Apparently, if I am reading right, the reclaim feature won't work for me. This is disappointing. |

@amikure I had all my balance in 2.5.1v wallet, so reclaim is not needed
for me. But mistakenly I started with reclaim process assuming that's the
first step for 2.5.4 upgrade. So here are the steps I followed,
* After installing 2.5.4v, I've logged in with my old seed(same seed used
for 2.5.1)
* Confirmed the weight magnitude 14 and WebGL 2 in my node configuration
* Repeated the address generation and it's attachment step till I get all
my iotas and got everything within 7 addresses generation/attachment

was it category of "KEY_REUSE or REUSE_OCT"?
I found mine but it says Category of "available"?

Did you do reclaim to generate new seed?
From 2.5.1 to 2.5.4, I didn’t need to make new seed but I mistakenly did.
Maybe is that the reason that my balance is gone?
Did you also mistakenly reclaimed to generate new seed?
If you also did, then it’s not the reason why my balance is gone.

hello, i have the same problem i just updated from 2.3.1 to the current version. 0 balance in my wallet. what i already did. i tryed to "attach to tangel" a few times and generate new adresses but nothing happen. I also use the Reclaime Tool. but its UNCONFIRMED now for 8 hours i also tryed Reattach but nothing happend. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE |

Seems we all have issues with the IOTA wallet. I installed new wallet, did the reclaim (input old seed... then new seed)... my IOTA showed up.
But when I try to send them to Binance Exchange, the transaction does not complete. HELP! |

My iota are being held by the IOTA Foundation. I have completed reclaim process three times. Installed, updated wallet. I am unable to even connect to the network w/ the light wallet. What node are people using to successfully connect? IOTA's recent price appreciation is simply due to lies regarding partnerships + people being unable to access their funds. It's a scam. |

I am also really dissappointed. I invested in IOTA . I did nothing wrong, read all the articles for hours and tried generating adresses over 50+ , did the reclaim process. But still my IOTA wallet shows 0 balance. It is soo sad that the founders just leave us hanging here |

@skwaugh I used the bitfinex one. Just test some and try restarting the wallet. I also completed the reclaim process and my funds are still held by the iota foundation :( |

I would appreciate some help with my IOTA, it seems to be lost. I have recently updated from an early (old) version to 2.5.4. Logging in with my seed shows me a balance of 0 (zero). I tried retach to tangle like 30 times, bit that does not help. Also I tried the reclaim tool, which I successfully ran through one, but no funds visible at my new Seed.. My original account holding are visible here: Also, I can see my holding here as: Is it correct that account is now empty? If so, can I see where it went? Please help :) Many many Thanks |

People are sending themselves to the back of the refund line by creating all these new addresses. Just be patient. IOTA will place your funds back in your wallet hopefully by end of Jan '18. |

Suddenly It just started to work for me. I can connect from multiple locations and manage my transactions. Looks like infrastructure has improved recently. Consider using new wallet and "Promote" bundle if it's not confirmed I also using 15 depth level instead of default 14 in the node configuration. |

@TheBossmann, I did not use reclaim tool. I used receive and creating new transactions reattach etc, getting API error messages and/or having troubles connecting to server (0i even after connecting). It was real BETA quality, but looks like things have greatly improved in the last 1.5 months. I'm thinking to start full node on Alibaba cloud to help the network. They are giving 300$ for trial. |

Try connecting to different server and increase depth/completely from
default 14 to 15.
Attach new address and rebroadcast if transaction is not confirmed.

I just updated to 2.5.4 and I entered my seed correctly (like 4 times now), and nothing shows up. No transaction history and definitely no MIOTA! Help!
