Add console.info to each app

Goal: It would be great if each app had a console.info that showed its version on startup (without even logging in) so that we can check what has been deployed.

This can be done same way as in the extension.

Problem:
Right now, not sure if we can check that wallet has been deployed, but the rest of the apps haven't (without checking Travis logs)
