Once we've got the features list collaborative document from #195 in a done state, examine it, collate findings, rank as necessary, etc. We'll be using this document to guide our implementation efforts for the new docs platform in Q4, so presentation format needs to be something that's useful and helpful in that work.

We also want to be sure to incorporate thoughts on platforms listed in issue #31.

FINAL DOCUMENT HERE. Note that we didn't address the prioritization of the platform supporting hosting/fetching on IPFS -- this is a larger discussion that will need to be addressed on its own. See #271 for this exercise.

Prioritized features spreadsheet is finished, and open for comment! Please leave comments on the spreadsheet itself -- we'll see them and start a discussion with you.

Please note that there are two features on this list that remain unprioritized: hostability and fetchability on IPFS. This is a larger discussion, and can be tracked in #271.
