I'm wanting to circle back to this repo and do this and some other issues. If anyone is interested in helping out that would be great too. Maybe @dignifiedquire?

The viz is very cool and works well at a basic level... Screenshot in #1

I'm always a big fan of visualizations. Though I'm also sceptical about d3 performance as for example the globe in the webui kicks in all fans on my macbook.

In terms of help, what exactly needs to be done, the title of this issues seems to suggest that the visualization is already finished?
