Update: ipfs-cluster v1.0.0-rc3 is currently out (ipfs-cluster/ipfs-cluster@a2b89f9), it includes ipfs-cluster/ipfs-cluster#1213 if we want to test it.
Really cool and important development, allows people to self-host and run their own pinning service without the need for coding anything.

Can be run on CI via https://github.com/ipfs/download-ipfs-distribution-action (can fetch any of dists from https://dist.ipfs.io/)
