Some notes in no particular order

• The syntax highlighting is a bit off, e.g. things like highlighted : in the json views.
• The content is a currently just the spec itself, do you plan on adding some more copy? If not we need at least explicit mention that this is the spec of IPLD.
• The source/links to github should be at the top rather than at the bottom
• "This project is maintained by Richard" is misleading as you I think you are not maintaining all of IPLD by yourself 😛
• The Todo lists are not rendered properly into html
• There is IPLD in the header, and as the first headline, this feels like a duplicate
