Unable to view signature in Xcode 11 and ios 13 or above.

Is your view in a modal? Can you please try moving it to a fullscreen?
vc.modalPresentationStyle = .fullScreen
This fixed it for me. iOS 13's modals recognizes gestures which I believe interferes with gestures of EPSignature.
