There is an issue where, for certain users, the bot sends a level-up message every 60 seconds, coinciding with the rate at which voice XP is awarded. Despite repeatedly indicating the same level, I am unable to identify a bug in the code. I suspect it may be related to awarding XP ("xpedit" command) to a user while they are in a voice channel. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to thoroughly test this theory.
