只更新部分动态模块的时候，构建出来的新的配置有问题 #21

项目包含多个动态模块（app、flutter），然后我只想要更新其中的一个模块（app），但是构建出来的新的config存在问题：

原包config

新包config

正确的配置（我手动修改的）

留意一下『新包构建log』的第7780行，感觉问题出在这里，
