So we can built IQQ from git version by ourselves.

That is exactly the way how our folks share codes on github: "I shared the codes anyway, but I don't give a fuck on instructing people how to use them. You got a problem with it? Yeah, fuck off! I don't even bother relying to you morons."

maybe the author is way too busy or something. I've no java experience Before, so I have no idea how to compile it, besides iqq is great.
