Allow things like local pickup only and shipping.

This would directly compete with Aquabid.

Right now, the main issue I have with this is that it takes away the incentive for users to submit lots to a club auction (since directly submitting a lot bypasses the club split).

The following changes would be needed to allow individual lots:

  • actual location of user
  • weekly notifications of local lots and shippable lots
  • invoice rework to allow for single lots and approval from the seller before the buyer can pay
  • payment methods on lot
  • shipping options on lot
  • additional filters for lot view

This is pretty much finished, but won't be live for a while yet
