View plain file without downloading

I am having this issue when I try to say hotlink a file hosted thru this, it will just download on the users machine, I want it just to display in the browser.

Example link: https://ftp.3kh0.net/api/raw/?path=/Goofy%20stuff/memes/20230922_203651000_iOS.mov

This always downloads the video, is there a way to just make it use the built in browser video player?
