Update/Discussion:

Goal: Draft paper for circulation among group
Landscape, Examples from different projects, Coverage of features / Reasons to evolve, Future plans
Building blocks
- Community is 'ahead' of the consortium efforts
  - And keeps moving
Server needs to provide:
- Api plugin to present operation endpoints (4-5)
- Rule engine plugin for operation logic/effects
  - Perhaps Python -> C++
- Could be incorporated into main server / release later
Minimum Metadata Standards / templates - microarray experiments, etc.
