Was just walking through this with someone and it's missing creating the route in routes.rb for the welcome#index route.

i think this is the file to edit
partner_docs/heroku_worker.md
but i'm not sure if heroku.com points to that same file for their url: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/iron_worker
