Currently, if you request a file with unicode name, it will find local file with percent-encoding name. 馃檯
Obviously, this won't find anything ! 馃槩
IMHO, this is a big issue for many users. 馃搨

sample file names:

  • 帽o
  • 娓│
  • 鈽嗏槅
