Steps to Reproduce

https://forums.ironmansoftware.com/t/scripts-ui-not-loading-default-repo/6431/2

Expected behavior

Adjusting the base script directory should behave the same as the default configuration.

Actual behavior

Adjusting the base script directory causes problems creating folders and scripts.

PSU 2.6.2
