Fixed issue with webm animation files being used as a marker image.

Fixed issue when a token has been deleted and the combatant still exists.

Adjusted the highlght scale to better match tokens that have a smaller scaling.
Changed animation speed to be per client rather than per world. So you can set the speed that works better for you.
