call are getting mute after exact 15 minutes once session update have been recived .
I m using version 3.2 and ivoz is used for wholesale traffic so no asterisk is involved only kamailio users and trunks

We have not received any mail, but maybe with some questions is enough to get some light in the problem.

Session Timers should be negociated between the UAC and UAS, and proxies like Kamailio Users & Trunks should just relay the information.

Does kamailio proxies add session timers headers or there are originally present in the messages that comes from the wholesale client? If those headers are added by the client or the carrier, they should be the responsible of sending messages before the timer expires (depending on the value and direction of the message contain the Session-Timers information)
