Set syntax for .taskpaper documents

This package should set the syntax to tasks for .taskpaper documents, since this format is basically the same as .taskpaper formatted documents.

Look at PlainTasks, it supports this format. TaskPaper format is a plain text format for TaskPaper mac app.

I just published tasks v1.0, which supports dynamically setting the markers. Let me know if this helps! Just hit the settings tab and set all the marker types to '-' to match taskpaper files.
