Are bsc testnet validators support PBS? #1

We would like to test bsc-builder in bsc testnet. Is there any validator support builder api like sendBid() or searcher api like sendBundle()? Do we need to connect to the validator or the sentry?

Also, in bep322, bnb-chain/BEPs#322, it mentions builder-specs repo. But it seems the repo does not exist. Do you know when the bep will come into effect?
