Setting any of the otr_stb_* format variables has no effect.
If you set them like so /format otr_stb_plaintext {sb %yplaintext} Querying for them returns what has been set: /format otr_stb_plaintext returns {sb %yplaintext}.
This is an issue in version 1.4.3 and 1.4.4.
