This link on the readme:

Check out the documentation/demo page.

It looks like it is linking to ng2-tour instead of ngx-tour.

https://www.npmjs.com/package/ng2-tour

it looks like the repo was moved to ngx-tour so github (github.com) automatically redirects the link but the hardcoded link (github.io) is not redirecting, goes to a 404 page

Thanks for pointing that out. I'll need to figure out a place to store the old documentation.
