White Space Terminator

This is a plugin for Gedit 3. When saving any file, it removes whitespace at
the end of lines and empty lines at the end of the document.

To install it, copy whitespaceterminator.plugin and whitespaceterminator.py
into the ~/.local/share/gedit/plugins directory.
