This is a request for information notice only. This is not a request for an offer or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Information received will be used to finalize the government’s requirements and acquisition strategy, as well as determine the availability of technically capable and otherwise responsible firms that would be interested in submitting offers.

TTS-wide DMARC

The U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service's (FAS), Technology Transformation Services (TTS), Office of Acquisition (OA), is conducting market research to finalize our requirements and acquisition strategy related to the implementation of Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC) related services. Additionally, we are seeking to identify potentially qualified large or small business firms (including small disadvantaged businesses such as Certified HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Women-Owned Small Business, etc.) to provide these services to TTS.

Background

TTS applies modern methodologies and technologies to improve the public’s experience with government by helping agencies make their services more accessible, efficient, and effective, and by itself providing services that exemplify these values. To meet that goal, TTS builds and shares TTS technology applications and platforms with Federal agencies in an effort to help them better serve the public.

In October, 2017, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued Binding Operational Directive (BOD) BOD 18-01, a compulsory directive that requires all Federal agency domains implement DMARC policies by October 2018 in order to improve email security.

How to respond

Vendors that offer DMARC related services similar to the requirements stated above are encouraged to complete this form.

Responses are due by December 7, 2018 at 5:00pm EST.
