Brook Wingman XB and DS2 adapter support

I'd love to see support for these 2 adapters, a Brook Wingman XB and a PS2 to PS3 USB converter (works on PS3 but not on PSTV). 2 support files attached below.

Thanks for looking into it! Couldn't get the Wingman to work any better. Also the PS2 adapter doesn't support the home button, so could that be implemented with a hotkey?

Just tested PS1/PS2 controllers and a blueretro adapter, they all work perfectly! Thank you so much!

I've updated vixen-helper.skprx
try that one with app, it'll probably still produce bad output, but atleast might tell what's wrong with Wingman
(don't forget to disable vixen)

Sometimes I would get 2 different results but both don't pick up a difference between button presses, it could be an issue with the device because it sometimes ejects itself on a PC. Tried updating to different firmwares too.
