Allow pokemon to be evolved into others. Apply rules to this such as no evolution on the first turn, and a pokemon can't evolve the first turn it enters play.

also make sure that a pokemon cannot evolve twice in the same turn. This could be separate depending on how we implement it.

As a player I want to evolve my Pokemon so that they become stronger.

When stage 1 or 2 Pokemon P is selected with the "select hand n" command, Pokemon you control on the field that evolve into P are shown in the action menu if they haven't come into play this turn and it isn't your first turn. After a player picks a Pokemon R, P is put into its place and R is attached to P. All the energy attached to R become attached to P. Pokemon P cannot be evolved this turn.
