The extreme scenarios of percent-best-land are very predictable.
We need to focus on a reasonable range in which both depletion and sustainability are possible outcomes. I obeserved that the percent-best-land range between 12 and 18% is where things are happening. We can try a broad range like 10-25%. (this is for discussing, maybe it is not important now, and the range could change when we add the network, but it will be important for the simulations in the final report).
