Can you specify what type of front end? Also a mobile or a web app?

Any kind would do.

Ultimately a cross-platform app including web, mobile, desktop, so that it is easily accessible across all platforms

I am usually working in Flutter , so making a cross platform app would be easier which would be working for web, mobile and desktop.
