  • Roll call + new member introductions
    • FLVC folks

  • Proposal for rotating meeting chairs
    • Duties include:
      • Creates agendas
      • Sends out reminders
      • Takes notes & roll call
      • Sends notes to Melissa for Roadmap Committee
    • Who wants to do it for next time? (June 23)
  • Survey update from Emily
    • Creating a list of Islandora IRs in production
    • Will ask if they want to participate in IIRIG
    • Will ask if they are okay with links to their site on IIRIG README
  • Future roadmap for the group
    • Improvements/bugfixes in 1.x
      • Fix embargoes (in progress, should be ready for next release)
      • Enhanced meta tags for Google Scholar
      • Proper mediated deposits? (group effort)
      • Fleshed out usage of entities in an IR context
    • Collaboratively redesign IR functionality for CLAW

    • Max King and Adam Strohm from Galvin Library
      • Exploring Islandora as an IR for their institution, have questions for the group
      • Lydia Motyka and Wilhelmina Randtke from Florida Virtual Campus
        • New FLVC effort with FSU to standardize IR installations for other FL universities
  • Proposal for rotating meeting chairs: Passed. Mark Bagget chairs next (June 23)
  • Future roadmap for the group
    • Rotating chairs will add some new opinions via their agendas
    • Create a list of requirements for an IR
      • This will be created by FLVC/FSU and possibly UTK as well
      • Helpful for filling out gaps in 1.x and rebuilding for CLAW
    • Currently mediated deposit workflows in 1.x are the biggest hurdle in IR uptake, lets fix that
