[Bug] Tables broken on actual site but okay in preview #642

Currently, we need to add an extra space between headers and tables in order for the table to be rendered properly on the actual site (see pages-themes/cayman#82 (comment)). However, it renders regardless in our preview, which means that users may end up with broken tables as the preview looks fine. We should change it such that the table preview is also broken.
