Home page -> Dashboard -> Dictionaries / Corpora opens a list of dictionaries / corpora, only the user's or all available, and these lists could be quite long, take a while to load and be not so convenient to navigate.

We should implement pagination for these lists, it would require corresponding backend and frontend changes.

We also should implement a search/filter functionality by dictionary/corpus/perspective name for users' convenience, just like in translation search.
