What happened?

It's impossible to create a cloud save for a registered user.

What steps will reproduce the bug?

  1. Login
  2. Plan a route
  3. Save it to cloud
    -- Error

What I expect to happen

It should succeed

This is introduced as part of bae2247 as the second step of

The change did not take into consideration the need to be able to create a cloud save as anonymous user and registered user using the same API call.
