Installation File Updated . If an error , Just copy hydra & thydra files to ../usr/bin directory in termux manually after running

./configure
make
make install
chmod +x *

It is not necessary, it is just to put :
./configure --prefix=/data/data/com.termux/files/usr

make

make install

Apparently you disabled the GUI compilation (gtk), that GUI can be run on termux x11
