Benötigen wir das Plugin selber?

Beim Maven-Release wird getaggt aber benötigt es dazu das definierte Plugin oder zieht sich das maven-release-plugin selber was es benötigt?

Wenn wir das Plugin nicht benötigen sollten wir es entferne (eine Komponenten weniger die man Pflegen muss).
