Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Within #808 Optimize was upgraded to 8.12 and auth was migrated to oAuth.
During the implementation some technical debts where accepted which should be fixed within this issue.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Cache Service-Account-Client-Token for outgoing request
  • Fix connection status display in Optimize Footer
  • Fix /external images in default dashboards can't be loaded

Acceptance Criteria

  • Client access token is cached
  • The connection status is displayed
  • The external images are loaded successfully
