Move the instruction block to the bottom

I think the instruction block should be at the bottom. Partly because I can't dismiss it on my phone. But I think it should be at the bottom anyway.

I would prefer to move it on top of the main image, to be more in-your-face, to make it very obvious, not overlookable for someone who just scans the page.
In that case, i would also make it close by tapping the ref-images...
(Who would need instructions after successful use?)
