Change vertical order of the reference images

The reference images are currently vertically ordered:

Low
Medium
High

The natural vertical order for the reference images is:

High
Medium
Low

This is particularly evident for the Alb, where there is a gauge in the picture.

This issue applies to wide screens where the reference images are vertically on the RHS of the reference photos.

For small phone screens, the reference photos are underneath the current photo. I don't feel strongly about this order.
