Since cookie policy is partially described on the Політика конфіденційності it is necessary to remove a separate page dedicated to it

Acceptance criteria:

Remove Cookie Policy page from the website:
1.1. Footer of the website on all pages
1.2. Direct page
Change the link on the Confirm cookies usage pop-up
2.2. Redirect to point#4 on the Політика конфіденційності
