[Admin][Команда/edit] Replace 'User add' button with the Plus button

Logged as Admin
Go to Команда

Steps to reproduce

1. Сhoose a member eg., teneta
2. Click on Edit icon
3. Scroll down to Social networks

Actual result there is 'User add' button
Expected result there should be Plus button according to the attachment below
