Preconditions

The 'Партнери' page is opened.

Steps to reproduce

Click on the ‘Стати партнером’ button at the centre of the bottom of the page.
Or click on the floating button ‘Стати партнером’.
Enter valid data in the text and email fields (i.e. post, re@re.com).
Check Captcha.
Press the ‘Відправити’ button.
Repeat steps 2-5 four times within 5 minutes.

Expected result
The modal window is closed.
The error message appears the top of the page.
