Preconditions
1.Go to the site.
2.Login as admin.
3.Open page "Admin/Партнери".
4. Open the modal window "Додати партнера".

Steps to reproduce

Try to add 451 symbols to the "Назва" field.

Expected result
The system doesn't allow adding 451st symbol and displays a counter set at 450 symbols.

Add the epic, the block, and the page where it should be checked at the beginning in the [].
And a label with the type of the TC (functional or UI).
