esporre un endpoint che ritorna il metadata.xml del SP, in modo da non doverlo generare con https://idp.spid.gov.it:8080

se simplesamlphp è configurato correttamente, i metadata per i tre servizi (L1, L2 ed L3) sono disponibili qui:
https://spid.example.com/myservice/module.php/core/frontpage_federation.php
