使用JDK8,将所有dll放在jdk的bin路径下，在win7上无法加载出现如下问题：
Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_144\bin\libarcsoft_face_engine_jni.dll: 操作系统无法运行 %1。
